Be an poop hole and call Animal Control and complain.  People did that to us when we had our old dog.  They threatened to take her away because she barked at the UPS truck.

My dog barks at people walking, the UPS and Mail trucks, I don't know, she just hates pedestrians and wheels, and my shoes if they're on my feet (why I never got heelys).
