I like my Electric Blue original, and I won't upgrade until it breaks, scout's honor :P
I just don't see the need to upgrade...if you already have an original DS, keep it, don't buy the lite. Nintendo is making it hard not to buy a Lite, however, by cutting back on original DS accessories, like styluses and adapters.

But its liter....... :P :D
I bought the Lite at it's Japanese launch. I like the screen quality, I can't stand playing my original, nor can I stand the feel of it anymore.
I've had a DSPhat since launch day.
My sister has a Lite, and it just doesn't fell good in my hands like my phat one does.
I won't be making the upgrade until this one breaks.
I already did. But I need a new one. I broke the hinge, so it doesn't lock...

Same here with me -- I like my original Blue DS. The DS lites are ok, but they just don't look nearly as sturdy as the original ones in my opinion.
Yea, I've noticed that. Really nice of them to do that, isn't it? :P
I like my original. I tried my friends light and everything was weird with the Power Button and Microphone moved around...
Nope, I don't like the DS enough to get the Lite version.
I never had the original DS.
I just got a DS lite. I love it. ;D

I think both of those are improvements.
Already did.
I did have a DS Lite, but I don't like the fact the hinges break so easily, which mine did and I sold it.
I still have my electric blue one, but it sucks nintendo doesn't sell the older ones or any accessories for it.

I know, I'm dissapointed
I like my Electric Blue original too and no i will not upgrade (well un till it brakes)
I have a DS Phat, and I don't plan on selling it any time soon. I have all of my wi-fi data on it as well. I If had the money, I would consider buying one, but I would much rather spend the money on games.

You can transfer wi-fi data, you know.
no,$60 more
I still have my original ds and i'm not upgrading till it breaks or a new DS model comes out.
i don't have a DS :(
Yes.. But I dont think i'll part with mY original DS..
It's been so good to me for all these years..
I bought it on day one, and has never failed me once..
(THough I might need to get a new battery for it) :P
Cant believe how old the DS is now.. Boy does time fly by
I'm not upgrading motly because I like my Electric Blue original. It still works so I don't see the need for a Lite if I already have a DS. As long as I have a DS, it's fine with me.
Oddly enough, I had a DS Lite to start with, and it wasn't very good-and then it wasn't any good at all when my sister got ticked off at it when I was at school and slammed it down and the hinges on it snapped it two(its battery ran empty the next day, even though I had fully charged it to start with) The next one I got was a DS Lite as well, but it was much bulkier and was built much better than my old one(my sister has dropped my new one many times, even though I tell my Dad not to let her touch it) and therefore the hinges are much better.
I already have a DS Lite.
My first ds was and is a ds lite.
