Underrated characters

I think Pikachu's pretty underated.  He's fast, agile, and powerful if used correctly, but I don't think I've ever seen a Pika user besides me.

Diddy, many told me you will never get good with him, but I have seen amazing Diddy's. I really think he is underrated.

Game and Watch: He's fast, has an instant KO move, and has a self heal move.

Ness: He's fast, powerful, most likely the best jump in the game, and has a self heal move.

Jigglypuff: Air game in unmatched, and her sing works well at high percentages.

Ice Climbers: Desynching is pwnage.

Luigi's attacks not only do more damage, but Luigi has a huge jump AND is almost unaffected by gravity, it seems.
