No. It was fun back in the day, but I prefer Star Fox Assault now.

yah it had the best space combat so far the only one with space combat close to match it was command but they ruined it with the lame story splits and the rpg elements

Star Fox 64 is the second best I feel, Star Fox SNES was just more challenging and fun, and the level designs were cooler in the original.

The other games sorta ruined certain aspects. Plus, this one had the Blue Marine.

SF64 combined rail-shooting and all-terrain. Instant win right there. Hardest game out of them, as well, IMO. And the timeless quotes...
