I'm going with, "No".

I'm not saying I'm 100% oblivious to them being in SSBB, but what I see supporting them
is not enough for me to believe they are in.

Ness and J-puff always had a good chance in returning, they were in the 1st 2 games
"like totally duh!".

Now this Lucario thingy...I'm not sure.

All I'm saying is that I'm willing/ready/waiting to see them updated on the Dojo.

Or I see them playable in a trailer or SOMETHING better proving that  Lucario made it in.

oh, I say no. I want lucario in, and just neutral on ness. But I just have a hard time believing it since it's not on the official site.
