Title: F---in' door panels....(Thread = Serious Business)
Post by: Omega Pirate on October 14, 2007, 05:53:24 PM
Does anyone know how to take the door panels of a 1999 Ford Explorer? Specifically, how do you detach the plate with the power accessories? And how do you unclip the panel? The shop manual I have just says to pry of the accessories panel, and to "pry back" the pins on the main panel(it specifically says not to try to simply pull the pins out by yanking on the panel)

If you don't know, do you know a website that might know the answer?

I was hoping to reattatch them without  losing cosmetics or functionality.

The 3rd page of Google results may have turned up something, though.
