Yeah, good thing it's easy and pretty quick to level up pokes then.  Wild pokemon do an incredible amount of damage, and it's pretty unbalanced in that regard.

but then again, I caught a level 20 mukrow with my level 11 pokes just before that. >_>

I'm pretty sure Vine Whip should do a lot work damage than it is doing.

I think that "super effective" attacks aren't working properly.  I used bubble on a vulpix and it did pitifully little damage (read: 3).   We had the same level too :\

anyways, I just leveled my abra to a Kadabra, so I gots Confusion. :D

the second gym battle is impossible

No Rocks or Elecs to be found to kill the Gyrados, no revives sold in any of the shops, only potions for sale heal 20 health while Gyr does 30+ with each attack :|

i found both of my Murkrows one map right of the town that has the first gym.  I found a snorlax south of that town, but couldnt capture it.  Abras appear every once in a while around there too.

OMG, I'm like training a lot of time right of the town and only find Pidgey's, Ratata's and Spearow's, no other Pokémon. ><
