I voted for Colosseum, since I don't have any of the other console games and I liked it pretty well. It was a nice change from the hand held Pokémon games.

pokemon Puzzle league. Hands down.
It's fun, and one of the few games I haven't lost at yet. XD (on multiplayer. :P)

Colosseum sucked, and I loved the N64 games, so I chose Pokemon Stadium. Mini games ftw.
