The night was darker than usual, as there was a New Moon. Most people wouldn't dare walk on the streets, but Doodle was out having a good time. He felt he had done some good in the town and wanted to celebrate. He headed to the nearest bar and sat down. Going shot for shot he became increasingly inebriated, and started to sway. He stood up, slammed his glass down, and started singing. "I'm a Yankee Doodle Dandy, I'm a Yankee Doodle Boy!" A man sitting at the bar was bothered and asked Doodle to stop singing. Doodle only raised his voice. The man twitched a little and reached in his jacket. He pulled his hand out and revealed a gun, but Doodle wouldn't stop. "Yankee Doodle came to town, Riding on a p..." Doodle stopped abruptly as a bullet ripped through his head. The man brushed his shoulders off and left the bar, the bartender stared in horror.

The next morning the newspapers read "Lawyer: SWI." People asked what that meant, and the newsboy snickered, "Shot While Intoxicated."

Doodleboy was killed by the Mafia. He was the Lawyer.
