It only takes a few seconds; just don't think about it, but you should get the shot because you don't want Tetnis, it could be life-threatening.

I just had my Tetnis shot about a year and a half ago and it wasn't that bad. I had to get two shots on that visit; one on each arm and I think they hit a nerve because I was sore for a week. But don't worry, though it's simple.

Tip: Distract yourself, it makes it not so bad.

Also, it's just a prick.  But when I recently got my Hepatitis B shot, the did it on my upper arm, bottom side, and right in the area without muscle (that was sore).

Me too. On my third birthday I was taken for a series of shots without knowing. Even after 11 years it still haunts my memories. Oh and you said TETRIS shot.
