How often do you drink water?

I'm sure he has a sink.  Probably one in the bathroom, and one that I wouldn't use to drink water from.

they do make those water filter-potcher thingies, and also water filters that go right on the end of the faucet.

There's this big jug in my fridge. I usually take a couple of sips from it a day.

I've probably been dehydrated most of my life.

I try to drink 2 glasses about 30 minutes before each meal. Which is just breakfast and dinner. I usually drink tea and/or juice in between.
