Scrubs, The Office and My Name is Earl are a few, in no particular order. Once in a while I'll watch CSI, Law and Order, or Bones, but they aren't regulars.

Wow, I completely forgot about South Park. That show is win. But if it counts as a cartoon, then nevermind >.>... Though, I think by cartoons he meant shows from Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network. Southpark and The Simpsons are more "sophisticated" shows.
