Wow, I completely forgot about South Park. That show is win. But if it counts as a cartoon, then nevermind >.>... Though, I think by cartoons he meant shows from Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network. Southpark and The Simpsons are more "sophisticated" shows.

Cartoon = Moving Colored pictures of (usualy) fake people doing fake things.
