I only do if it's a speedrun that allows it or if I absolutely HATE that level.

Mine Cart Carnage - Jump over the first barrel, it works in all but the GBC versions
Stop and Go Station - Go into the enterance.

oh ye...i only used 2...there is a secret barrel leading you to the exit on the first water level in DKC2, and there was one on one of the giant tree levels in DKC3....btw...WHENS DKC3 COMING TO VC! I WANT IT!!
EDIT: i have found all of them escept Red-hot Ride and Skidda's Row >_>
I had the DKC2 guide when I was little, and I can tell you now that EVERY level in the first and second worlds have warps.
I didn't use them, but I had my little brother use them so his turn wouldn't take as long... :P
