The Picori, or Minish, only exist in the Minish Cap. It's possible that they could exist around in the other games, but unlikely (Seeing as though they don't get a mention.).

But you are forgetting: They come out once every 1000 years (I think.) from the Minish world to Hyrule. So if they DID exist in the other Zelda games, they still wouldn't be in Hyrule due to the fact that they are in their own world.
