In the Land of Monsters (Sign Ups Closed Temporarily)

Extra dimensional doorways have been forming throughout numerous worlds leaking monsters, demons, and the undead into worlds they don't belong.  Mana (the natural energy that flows through the Land of Monsters) is also pouring out into these other worlds causing radical changes in their environments.

This situation would of course encourage Heroes to travel to the Land of Monsters to try and stop whatever is causing this. Other people may find the Land of Monsters a valuable tool in their own plans.



Darkworld Forest:
An untamed and massive jungle filled with all forms of dangerous plants and wild monsters.  The realm is almost completely overgrown with massive vegetation.  No cities to speak of.

Ogre BadLands:
A fiery magma filled realm with volcanic activity abounding across the hills.  The molten landscape is perfect for Ogre tribes that over run it.  Several Ogre cities are built around the Southern shoreline.

Colossus Desert:
A dry arid and near endless desert.  Named for the massive building tall giants that inhabit it.
Only one small village can be found in the entire desert.  Appropriately named Mirage town.

Demontropolis:
A city made by demons for demons.  Its structures are enormous and often maze like.  Although a city, it is a city of demons that won?t hesitate to devour someone who looks like a tasty snack.
Black Palace is the island connected offshore.  A sub realm known for it?s dark deeds and seedy contracts.

Tempest Mt. Ranges:
A realm covered in a rocky mountainous terrain.  Worst of all the entire area is covered in ever-present thunderstorms.  Most monsters live underneath the surface away from the dangerous lightning but some species have adapted to the electric overdose.  No cities.

Glacial Peaks:
A cold snow covered mountainous realm.  Home to many breeds of Monsters and Demons who live in relative peace.  Several major cities are scattered throughout this region.

Graveheart Swamp:
A spectral breeding ground for apparitions.  This marshy toxic realm is comprised mostly of ectoplasm based vegetation.  Thus the realm is overwrought with a number of zombies, ghouls, and phantasms.

Evil?s Crest:
A dark abysmal land of death.  The area overflows with mana, all of which pours out from the Tower of Blasphemy.  Even the eldest of demons dare not approach the Tower

Appearance: 5 feet 4 inches tall.  His body is covered in brown and beige fur.  On his wrists are green bangles with dice chained to them.  He also wears dark green jeans and black boots. 
Weapons: His bare claws
Bio: Dice was born and raised in the Darkworld Forest Realm in the Land of Monsters.  His only allies are Braxis and Illia.  Dice lives for the fight.  He strongly believes in honor and justice.  Although he is well traveled he prefers the solidarity of the Darkworld forest to the Demontropolis or the cities of Glacial Peak Realm and Ogre Badlands.

Weapons:  Wagner?s Fang - Fang of the Ice Dragon.
Bio: Braxis is the youngest child of the Drakewurth family.  As a rite of his family he has killed a dragon in lone combat and claimed his fang as a sword.  Braxis wishes to control all the realms in the Lands of Monsters.  He has long been friends with Dice and has the utmost trust in him.

Appearance: 5 feet 10 inches tall.  Deeply tanned skin and fire red hair that reaches down to her rear.  She?s cloaked in a silver robe the covers most of her body and an azure sash that is wrapped around her waist.  Her wings poke out from holes in the back of her robe.
Weapons: Sleipnir Bow and Crystal Arrows.  Tome of the Netherworld.
Bio:  Born in the city of Yuintos in the Glacial Peak Realm of the Land of Monsters.  A Scholar of sorts she travels the lands try to find and categorize every species of monster, demon, and undead in the Land of Monsters.  She also has a close friendship with Dice whom she met in the Darkworld Forest and traveled many years with.

Bio: A Necromancer obsessed with becoming truly immortal.  He swaps out decaying body parts for new ones from his still living victims.

Bio: The Fourth child of the Drakewurth Family.  Galruof is much more ruthless than his other siblings? are but he lacks any sense of subtlety or tact.  He thirsts for power above all else.

Bio: Neros learned magic from his now-deceased father when he was young. He joined the Daein army on Tellius as a mage. After mana corrupted the land, he decided to find the source. Whether he wants to use the corruption to his advantage and manipulate events so that he could rule or if he wants to save his homeland is unclear, even to him.

Somewhere out on the western edge of the Darkworld forest.  In clearing where the brush isn't as thick. A swirling vortex pulsates and glows hovering just above ground.  The vortex begins to churn as someone crosses thru it.  Blade jumps out of the portal and surveys his surroundings.  Trees and vines larger than most houses shot  forth from every direction.  Not a single clump of dirt to be seen.  plants seemed to makeup the entire area.

Meanwhile....

On a crowded city street in the Demontropolis, another vortex churned before spitting out Neros.  Huge towering absurdly shaped buildings stretched into the sky.  All forms of beast and freak walked around paying no mind to the human that just appeared.  Next to him was a street sign pointing in several directions with Labels for each direction: City Hall, Black Palace, Nightmare's Library, and City Gates.

On the southern shore of the Colossus Desert.  A third vortex began to churn as it spat out Jason onto the shifting sands.  Only a few feet away was a woman with a massive sword who appeared to be training intensely.  She did not pause to look at Jason when he came out of the vortex.  A pyramid could be seen on the horizon as well as several massive man-like statues that were scattered across the landscape.

And finally atop a small summit in the Tempest Mountain Ranges a fourth vortex released Zy.  the vortex dissolved and disappeared shortly after Zy stepped out.  Lightning storms covered the entire sky and the radical and numerous mountains prevented Zy from seeing vary far.   In the air a large shadowy winged creature soared across the clouds unhindered by the bolts raining down around it.

Blade Letti drew his sword, measuring the gigantic vines around him. So this is the place... Looks like I'm in some sort of forest, Blade thought. He began walking, climbing, cutting, and swerving around the branches, plants, and vines. He didn't know where he was going, but he was sure each step brought him closer to his goal.
