Oh excuse me, sorry i didn't introduce myself right away. I happen to be some what of an artist. I drew my signature below and added effects to iton the computer. Maybe i could do the same for a Lucario Avatar. Great idea, but you need more than one artist.

EDIT: (I worked on this drawing below for four days and took me some planning sketches to make it.)
