I should develop a 5th gen team. But they removed IV battling which really upsets me. Is there any way to find IVs that are the least bit accurate? I can't find a way to boost to level 50+ for a battle.

Also, I'm just a bit taller than you. But darn, that guy must be huge.

Running 40 minutes a day would only help temporarily. Exercising only helps temporarily if done too much.
As I said for a different reason, everything is bad for you have too much of it.
What do I mean? Well, if you do the same exercise every day, your body will eventually get used to doing it and no longer have any positive effects. It won't have any negative effects at all (I don't think), but it won't have any positive effects anymore either.
So run a lot for a week, then the next week do sit ups, then push ups the next, jumping jacks the next.
It's also less work to do that, so you lazy fat asses will be able to do it more easily.
