If I couldnt wish for more wishes I would:

Wish to be able to go back in time forward in time and pause time
World peace forever
Be able to go into a video game

• more wishes
  
• better appearance (no blemishes, longer hair, perfect skin health, etc)
  
• a girlfriend (one that actually likes me, is my age, has similar interests to me, has a personality that I like, that won't leave, and that I otherwise find attractive)
  
• perfect health (no allergies, never get sick, perfect eyesight)
  
• world peace (no war -_-)
  
• food and all modern conveniences available for ALL people
  
• a second habitable planet of good size, earth-like conditions, and easy transportation of physical objects and data/internet between that planet and Earth (for overpopulation and to give people more land)
  
• ability to otherwise change reality beyond these wishes
  
• ability to take back or slightly modify these wishes
  
  Really, the money alone will solve practically all my own problems
  
  if I was limited to three:
  
• ability to alter reality myself in any way I want
