Ok these two MODS have a fight  and one MOD gets so angry he banns the other MOD. Or if a MOD gets in a fight with an admin. Can Mods bann Admins/Mods?

Moderators cannot ban admins, I'm unsure about moderators banning moderators though. In an ideal forum one of the admins would intervene before such a scenario would occur.

I do not believe Moderators can ban anyone at their level or higher.

Admins are able to ban anyone, I believe. However, a situation like that should never occur, hopefully.

with the exception of RedRaider, Moderators would show be more mature than to simply start banning each other, though in some cases, such as the RedRaider one, it could be understood why one would be banned by another.

And if you haven't caught on, yes, Moderators can ban other moderators.

As for Administrators, I am unsure if it is possible, and not willing to try it out. :P

yes, BUT they still have access to the Admin CP if they are still admin

Admins can't ban admins and even if they could I bet they would also get banned from the ACP.
