First match I played two days ago, as soon as the match starts (Halo 3)

Him ~ "Oooh, breathing deeply now! Are we touching ourselves? Hmm? Hmmmm?"

Then he turned off his mic -_-

That's normal for XBox Live, right?

Yes, that is normal for XBL. On a related note, keeping the mic that close to your mouth is considered rude. Keep it at least an inch away.
