I have FFX, X-2, and XII, but X is my favorite. I'm replaying it now even though I haven't gotten around to beating the other two. Maybe this time around Yunalesca won't be such a ninny. *Not saying anything else so spoilers don't get out*

FFII and FFX have got to be my favorite I absolutly love the storyline of X but the overall gameplay of II

I enjoyed FFIV the most.  The story line and gameplay are just great.  I am glad they are making a remake of it for the DS.
