Based on the picture you referenced, his shoulders are too narrow; to fix this, you could probably widen the shoulders or (the harder way) to make the neck/head smaller. Anatomically they don't match the build he should have.
Some stuff, especially the armor is a lil' out of proportion. Check the
REFERENCE (http://technabob.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2006/12/marcus_fenix_futurama.jpg) here (excuse his speech bubble; it was the best res of that shot I saw). Look at the largest of his right shoulder's plates, the one with 4 screws. In the image it pretty much could cover his facial features if you matched them up. In yours it could maybe cover the nose and mouth, tops.
His nose and mouth should be just a touch higher to properly align with his eyes, but it's not too bad as I saw it.
The plate right above the 3 glowy things (on his right shoulder) are at kind of a weird angle on yours. They're like a 50 degree angle, but on the official image they're like 35. This, coupled with the effect of his other shoulder plates, makes it look like his right shoulder is kind of turned up, like shrugging while at the same time he would be facing more toward me than he was in what I assume you were replicating.
Last thing I see for now, his top 2 breastplates are also facing me at an angle more straight-at-me then the original, where they're kind of turned away. This in combination with his inner shirt collar makes it seem like his armor isn't quite on straight, like it was twisted a little.
These are still relatively minor flaws; the picture in itself is still pretty clear who the guy is and everything. Just some touchups would be very helpful. =D
