Well, if I remember right, the angrier the Hulk got the stronger and more resiliant he got. My votes goes Hulk! :P

Machamp, because he has four arms, and because he's a Pokemon.
But the Hulk is pretty strong... Hmm... My vote still goes to Machamp. =P

just make machamp do like a hyper beam/focus blast. The hulk can't do that. lol.

machamp has 4 Arms. 4>2. machamp can throw punches at superfast speed (so says a dex entry).

Machamp obviously has the advantage. One he's an uber! two he has 4 arms 3 he's a pokemon and 4 he's just....well..... ???An UBER!!!
