you get riolu from the one guy in Mt Iron(I think thats what its name was)
and you can get lumineon by using super rod in Canalave.

No trainer has Riolu. You'll have to hatch the egg.

As for Lumineon, I'm sure some of the swimmers leading to the Elite Four have some.

Ok I know for a fact that there is a trainer with a Lumineon a little bit north of Sunnyshore city, i know this because i had trouble finding a lumineon too. And when you go to Iron Island and help the guy through he gives you a Riolu egg ,but i don't remember where there is another one.

the only riolu is the egg.
I really hate how I've made more than 12,000 posts here. Thankfully this swaying, moving Chandelure makes it all worth it.
