I was just playing the original Mother game on Mother 1+2, and it's completely unbalanced. It's not a bad game, but you run into a random enemy encounter literally every two seconds or so. The enemies aren't hard or anything, it just gets annoying because it takes forever to go anywhere.
I hate random encounters and turn based games.
I thought you were going to say motherintercourse er when I first saw the thread. I've never played the games myself.
Yeah, that's one big reason I didn't like Mother nearly as much as Earthbound.
Lol sounds like Pokemon or any other game where you encouter a freagin rattata who thinks he can take on your army.
