i don't see how he is much different then boo(other than being king :P), but i added koopaling when i have koopa, so I'll add king boo. :)

the Koopalings are Bowser's 7 kids diffent from normal koppas, you don't really need generic bad guys

i have noticed from the newer Mario games that are out like the Mario sports games, that "koopa" doesn't seem to be a "bad guy" as much, like how birdo has seemed to switch from evil to good. bowser is losing a lot of allies. :)
edit: another example is the Mario party games.
