Because he can't tell the difference between a really crappy villian with a mustache and a really amazing villain with magic eggplants thats so amazingly awesome you will have a fungasm just from looking at him. ;)

And if you can't say Ridley, you can't say a lot of people, because of tropheys and other things like that.
Animal Crosser is technically in, as is Krystal, Katrina, and Waluigi.
