If it's more then three days, then he is Disqualified and you automatically get his spot, this exactly what Dawei told me earlier today.

Also...

well i guess i have to drop my challenge with SSBBrawlin because we keep getting error code 86420 when we try to connect. its the first time i have ever gotten that error code trying to connect to someone, so idk what to do other than drop the challenge.  :-\
