EDIT: Since no one has arrived, I'm closing the room and deleting that amazon so I can have a fresh one for next time, if it ever happens.

I'm having this same problem, if I had enough time, & they didn't 2-week ban you after 5 or so tries, I could get one. Won't take my retail keys for some reason.
