Last I heard, the biggest file you could upload is 1 GB.

But you need to pay Youtube some money or something.

You can upload files up to 1GB, I think. Youtube's high quality is still a dumbed down version of the original file, and in some cases, actually makes it look worse than the low quality video.

flv still isn't a very good filetype, so its understandable.
