[spoiler=IDK why I put a spoiler box...]Can the red star (that gives you soar Mario [or Luigi] {where it makes you black and lets you fly}) be found anywhere else besides the level you get it in, and the main place that you start in? I was hoping it would have to be used with Purple Prankster Comets, but so far, I was wrong.[/spoiler]

No. For whatever reason, the Red Star can only be found in the Gateway Galaxy and at the Comet Observatory.
