First big piece of advice, for any serious drawing, DO NOT USE LINED PAPER!  :P  Seriously, it just doesn't work well.  If it's a doodle, it's perfect.  Believe me, there is better paper out there.

Otherwise, just work on accuracy.  When you know something doesn't look right, that's half the battle.  Maybe experiment making your own creations mixed with doing official art, etc.  Don't want to get stuck on only copying.  ;)

Fav is the Megaman and Kirby, but your best is the wario one. The shading is very good.
