Who's your favourite character in Death Note? Mine would have to be Mello, because he's just so awesome.

Near has the creepiest smile, and [spoiler]killed light[/spoiler] so I hate him. Of course, I like L. He is awesome. Light too. Mello was pretty cool. Matt was meh. Ryuk is a punk, never very supportive of Light. Rem was lame, standing up for Misa. Misa was alright, pretty funny. Matsuda had my respect up until [spoiler]he shoots and somewhat kills Light[/spoiler]
