I have because of curves here at GT, hell the test averages can be in the low 20's and still pass the class
I've only failed a test once in my life, and it was because the teacher was absent for the entire chapter we were on and the sub didn't know anything, plus it wasn't a chapter that could be simply understood just by reading the textbook since it introduced completely new concepts.
