Title: Sims 3
Post by: Thirteenthorder on July 26, 2009, 05:01:04 PM
Has anyone gotten the game? Are the requirements ridiculous? I've heard it will play on older PC's, but that lie has been told by many a game.

Works on my laptop, and it only has 64MB of Video RAM.

Is your lappy's chip or card integrated?

Um, I think it's integrated. It's an NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150.

I got this laptop nearly two years ago, and it runs things fine.

I'm really hesitant to buying Sims 3.  While the level of customization has increased quite a bit, I'm really not happy with how they pulled a bunch of poop out and are making you buy them in the Sims 3 Store.  I mean, FFS they took out the gosh darn hot tub.

Are you KIDDING?

That's ridiculous.

I don't think it can run on my lappy. I am running vista and sometimes it has trouble with Solitaire :(

If you like Sims, get it.

If you're just starting to play Sims, get Sims 2.
