Title: What would be a good graphics card for my lappy?
Post by: Tahrann on June 18, 2011, 02:33:58 AM
I have an ASUS X83V-b with a Nvidia GeForce 9600m GS graphics card with 4 gigs of ram (I want to have 8 gigs, but it will get a bit pricey) and an Intel Core 2 Duo processor. I was wondering what would be a good compatible graphics card that is more powerful than the 9600m series?

As much as I like google, that was my first choice for asking that question, and it gave me everything but what I needed.

Fortunately I just put a SSD HDD in my lappy so it seems to be running pretty well since I cannot give it any more RAM.

Giving more RAM than 8BG would not do anything beneficial to your machine anyway.

No, 8GB RAM would be nice but my computer will not see anything over 4.
