I know that it was delayed a while ago but since it was going to come out in the past month I decied to post this now.

Why do you think they delayed it?

They delayed it for marketing reasons. They figured it would make more money in the summer than in the late fall.

Thats stupid,they could have made as much if it was around christmas time.

Kids would be out of school and a lot of them would ask their parents to go see it as a early christmas preasent.

True, but the books are pretty good, if pointlessly long. The movies suck though X_X;;

Whimsical tales of delightful fantasy crafted by so-called "masters" of story-telling, both incredibly overrated.

Sounds like enough reason for a comparison to me.
