Neither is Joe.

An animes success depends on a few things:

1. The animation
2. The voice acting
3. Appeal

From what I've seen of the VJ anime, it's hard to look at and is poorly animated, the voice actors try WAY too hard to act "cool", and I can only see hardcore VJ fans watching it.

Junior's voice actor puts TONS of heart into her role!  And so does Captain's Blue's!  In fact I think Blue sounds exactly like he does in the game!
