Well, I finally got around to reading your fanfiction. :P  It's pretty good so far, and you were right about how it was pretty different from mine.

A few suggestions that I'd like to make, though. You need to work on spelling and grammar a bit more. Although you have improved on that a lot since Link's Journey.  Just use spellcheck more often. ;)

Maybe you should have personalities collide a bit more in your fanfiction? All of the characters seem to agree with little to no persuasion from the other characters. You just introduced Dedede, and he didn't really want to join Peach and everyone. Maybe he's a coward and will run away as soon as they have a battle?  Do whatever you want, it's your fanfiction. :P

I'll look forward to the next chapter whenever it's up. The next chapter for my fanfiction will hopefully be up tonight as well. I'm considering moving it here, since the fanfiction board is still pretty dead and this board isn't as active as it was on the old Nsider.  :D

This is just... AWESOME!  I'm serious, but there a couple things I'd like to point out. I hope you don't mind.

• The ship is spelt "Halberd"
• Meta Knights sword is called Galaxia, I know it was called Master in Amazing mirror, but on the Meta Knight's final smash update it said it was called Galaxia

• I thought at the beginning when you fight Petey, you can only choose one princess to save.

Chapter 13, the announcement

Samus fired her blaster. The orange-coloured beam sped through the air, as it aimed for Ike.
In one flash Ike swept around, and deflected the shot with Ragnell. The clanging noise was very loud. as the beam fired back at Samus, she held her arms up in defence.

It hit her dead-on. As the burning sensation flowed through her arms, Samus switched her blaster to Plasma-whip mode. Ike helped Pit to his feet, as he saw a long orange-coloured whip emmit out of Samus's blaster.

Ike charged her again. Ragnell ready to attack if needed.
Ike jumped into the air, ready to slash downwards. But Samus, with her bulky power suit gone, was faster. The plasma-whip latched around Ike's right wrist.

As Ike cried in pain, he dropped Ragnell. The blessed blade hit the ground hard, as Ike was pulled into Samus's grasp. She then tangled the whip around Ike's throat, and threw him into a nearby rock. holding him with her hand she started to punch him.

"Your mine now kid!" samus yelled as she continually punched Ike in the face over, and over again.
Blood streamed doen Ike's face, as he started to loose conciousness.
Just then, Pit appeared out of nowhere, and held a strung arrow at the back of samus's head.

"Don't move..." Pit said in a deep tone, "if you hit him again, I will fire!"
"Crap! how could I been so careless!" Samus thought, as she clenched her teeth.
Samus shrugged and closed her eyes for a second.

"Well, I guess you win....." Samus said, turning off her blaster.
Ike hit the ground. Blood still spewing out of his nose.
"Pit..." Ike said weakly.
"Keep your strength," Pit replied, still aiming his arrow at samus's head.

"Well, I guess this is it huh?" Samus asked.
Pit grumbled, arrow still facing her head.

"Okay! here it goes!" Zelda said as she concentrated harder and harder.
She then found a lock on Maro's life enrgy. "Got it!" zelda said happily.
What's up with this witch?! Dedede thought as he stared at the hylian princess,
Is she doing some voodoo thingy?

Mario... Zelda thought.

As Marth, Red, Pikachu and Mario were leaving Altea's border, Mario froze.
"What's wrong?" Marth asked.
Mario... can you hear me? Zelda asked telepathecally.

"Zelda?!" mario asked out loud,
"Who's this Zelda?" Marth asked, looking over at red.
"I have no clue...." He replied.

Yes, it's me zelda.
"where are you?!" mario asked,
I'm in the dream land district.
"that's pretty far away.... I didn't think the cannon ball hit me that far..."
isten to me Mario, we need to stop the Halberd!
"I know, and I think I know where it's going too...." Mario said.

Really?! that would be alot of help!
"I think it is headed towards the Lylat system. To obtain the legendary "Orb of light"." Mario said.
Hmm... I see, well we'll be headed there right away!
"Wait! I need you to do one more thing..." Mario said.
What?
"Can you tell the contestants from the big tournament this message? I think we'll need all the help we can get."

You mean the tournament seven years ago?
"Yes, that's the one."
Okay, i'll try. we'll meet at Lylat.
"See ya' then..."
The voice inside Mario's head stopped.

Zelda concentrated very hard, and then she started.

Contestants! Listen to my words! We are in need of your assistance!
You have been chosen to help save the world!

Big blue disrict

"W..was that Zelda's voice I just heard?!" a man in a tight blue suit, said to himself.
"Well, I guess i'm needed again..."

If you might have noticed, a giant flying ship has been terrorizing the districts of ninten. From what we know, they are headed to the Lylat system, the largest district in the world. We think they are after the legendary orb of light. The object that keeps our world intact.
If they take it, Ninten will be destroyed!

Eagle land district

"Ness! it's time for supper!" a female figure yelled out.
"just a sec' mom!" yelled a boy.
"So, I guess I should start to train again....."
He said, as his hand started to glow.

Meet us in the Lylat district in two months, I will make sure we are not attacked, when we enter thier border. Right Fox?

Lylat district, Cornerin central

"s..so... they are coming here...." a figure said, shivering a bit.
Just then, a blue bird clothed in a red jacket appeared from out the door.
"Yo, Fox! Wanna go flying?"

Fox didn't reply.
"Falco, I have something to tell you...." He said.

And with that, the announcement was over.

"Zelda..." Link said to himself, as he gathered his food.
"What was that?" roy asked.
"We should head south, we need go to the lylat system!" Link said, grabbing the hilt of the master sword.

******************************************************************************

"Wait you guys! hold up!" Samus yelled out.
"What?" Pit asked.
"I just found out where that flying ship is going!"

"What?!" Pit asked, "where?"
"It's headed towards the Lylat district!"
Ike's eyes opened up again.

"Pit..." Ike said.
"What is it?" Pit replied, "get a vulnery out of my bag, it will heal me..."
Pit looked back at thier attacker, "can I trust you not to attack us?"
Samus nodded, "Yes, it is my mission to track down that ship.."

Pit nodded, and went to Ike's aid.

After Ike ate the vulnery, Samus apoligized for her attack.
She was told to attack any armed men that might attack her.

"So, we should get to my ship, I need to get another Varia suit on...."
She said.

And thus, the quest to save the world has begn. Will the subspace army reach thier goal and destroy the planeet? or will the smash team stop thier plans?
Only time will tell.

NOTE: The reason Marth, Roy, falco couldn't hear it, was because they are unlockable.
Only starters could hear the message.

There were a few noticeable spelling mistakes but other then that, this chapter was pretty good. ;)

Shouldn't Marth have known who Zelda was, though? Or was the tournament seven years ago the N64 Smash Brothers? Seven years ago right now would be in 2000 and that's in between the release of the original Smash and Melee.

I wonder if you'll end up having the same three heroes that I'm going to have in my fanfiction? :P I know everything that's going to happen in my story, but things might change...

Anyways, good chapter. ;) Can't wait to see more. Although the place i pre-ordered Galaxy at should get it in tomorrow...so I might not be able to read tomorrow. :P
