Not much there to C&C, but the lighting is bit much., and not a fan of the slight feeling of emptyness on the right side.

Yea, the lines were a pain... i sorta gave up on them  :'( Border was kinda what he asked for so yea  :-\

Milotic is covered up way too much. I'm not diggin' the border on the left and bottom. And I don't like how the effects match up with the back. If it's isolated, I think the effect should be brighter and flashier. I also think it's too big as a whole. But it's start. I believe you can make something really nice out of that.

I don't really like either. Especially the 2nd one.

I think the symbol is covered up too much. And that faint blockiness at some parts doesn't really suit my liking.

I think more should be added to that Packers sig. I just don't like those arrows. 

Like you said, work on the text. If it's not good and comes out half-assesd, I think it takes away from the signature. I'm not good with text myself though and tend to avoid it. :P C&C latest please:

|i think you should tone the wave down over Mario. And I don't like those lines over the beams (w/e they are) It's too... (dark? I'm not sure for the right word) For the theme of Mario Galaxy. I think it should be more magical or something like that. But it's start. Nice try for your first banner. Without some tutorial.

If the animation wasn't choppy I'd love it. One more thing. I don't you should cut off the piano keys early like that. I think you should find a way to make it go all the way into the corner snuggly.
