Either that or the Bunny theme from ALTTP. ;D

I love them all, but my main two favorites are the opening theme of Ocarina of Time and Zelda's Lullaby. Ocarina of Time was the first game I ever played, and those two songs just stuck in my head.

I also really like the Clock Town theme from Majora's Mask, Dark World and Forest theme's from ALTTP, and Farewell Hyrule King from Wind Waker.
