Not that I like N2, but you guys sure as hell don't have copyrights on a Serious Discussion Board.  Their's will just be more of a pseudo-serious discussion board.

The irony here is that when it was first suggested, everyone (especially mods & admin) were furiously against it.  But now that admin changed their mind and are allowing people to vote on whether they should make one, everyone's like "YAYA GREAT IDEA".

And like a short paragraph on one's opinion of Nintendo is really gonna keep out flamers and spammers... :|
