The only things I noticed so far was:

Smooth scrolling actually works
GIF's move at their correct speed

I downgraded back to 9.27, personally. :x

Until they update the Wii internet...I don't really care. (Considering the Wii can only do Flash 8 :/)

I only use Opera for ~~looking at porn~~ doing my taxes, I use Firefox for everything else.
