can things be recovered after the browsing history is delteted ie:urls

I have to do my research summary for my science fair school finals and i need a reaserch litature page and well i threw out my research i  printed up and I deleted my browsing history can i get it back or am i screwed?

Start -> programs -> accessories -> system tools -> system restore

Have the administrator of your computer make your account an administrator and you can do it.

wait wait i just remembered i put all of the stuff i used and the url into i document i deleted and destroyed from my recycling bin can i get it back easier now

You can get your history back.  Do SYSTEM RESTORE.
