A pokemon with both water and ice attacks will pulverise your strongest Pokemon, if they're fast enough. Then, something like Gliscor, or really, anything else with EQ, could finish off Lucario and Raichu.

Also, your team needs more defense.

There's only offense. It's not a bad team; it just need to be more balanced.

Why the heck does Lickilicky have Black Sludge??  Black Sludge gradually hurts non-poison types, and you don't have a move that will make the opponent hold it.

Also, it might be a good idea to teach Shuckle Power Swap and then make him hold Focus Sash (or Focus Band, if you don't have a sash).

Do you have any moveset recomendations (notice the bold parentheses in my first post)?  Also, in order to make my team more balanced, should I replace someone with someone else?  I was thinking about throwing in Marshtomp to replace T-tar, and maybe putting something else in to replace Lucario...

Oh, and should I pick Typhlosion or Charizard??

oh I thought that black sludge gradually raised the hp but I guess I was wrong. do you know any other good items I could give to lickilicky?

Yeah, it does gradually raise HP, but only for Poison types; all other pokemon get hurt by it.

As for items, I'm not that sure about what it should have... Perhaps a Muscle band to boost his physical attack?  You can get a Muscle Band for 48 points at Battle Park.

I don't know about replacement Pokemon, but I can help with movesets.  First of all, get rid of Scizor's Iron Head or Slash and replace it with a Fighting move, since Fighting beats everything Steel does and more.  Next, give Staraptor something besides Flying moves:  Roost you can keep since it's just healing, and Aerial Ace never misses so that's good, but replace Brave Bird and/or Fly with something of a different type.  Finally, try to get a Dragon Pulse TM from someone (if you don't already have one) and give it to Charizard:  Dragon Pulse is a stronger move than Dragon Claw and Charizard's Special Attack is better than his Physical Attack.
