Mack, is it just me, or are you getting to be into MKW more than SSBB? Edit: I'm getting more biased towards this too. :D

Lightweight: Baby Luigi
Middleweight: Luigi
Heavyweight: Rosalina

I use standard bikes, but I use the Classic Dragster, Normal L Kart, and Booster Seat in Karts.
