They've sent Hero of Darkness, codenamed "Looker" to investigate wrong-doings in this here board. Team Galactic and Team Plasma could be anywhere, and it's his job to uncover them.
That, or give out Super Rods. You know.
Hero will be helping to sort through your massive amounts of discussion and keeping order in this board. He will be able to approve topics, delete posts, etc. More so, he is allowed to be snide, rude, or whatever he feels like to keep order. Knowing him, he won't be. But if you get him to that point, watch out.
If you create a problem for him, you deal with me and no one else.
