The 100% is my battery, a small program called BatteryBar.
37 is Core 1, 37 is Core 2, 49 is the GPU core, those are all temperatures (if you look at the gadget on the left, you can see this, but the taskbar one updates twice as fast)
I use IE for school sites that don't work in Opera, and I use WLM for webcam with friends from school sometime.
