Title: Commodore 64
Post by: Macawmoses on February 18, 2009, 01:47:32 AM
So, I just dug out my dads old Commodore.

Batman, Ninja, what appears to be Jupiter Lander, and a whack of others I'm yet to look at.

Anyways, any of you ever try one of these out....it really is weird (even though I have played before). Also, would investing in new games be worth my time?

I've never played the C64...

also, there is a rumor that the C64 is coming to the Virtual Console

Are you using a tape drive, cartridge, or the big 5.25' floppies?

Remember LOAD "*",8,1. You type that in every time you want to load a floppy.

The C64 has tons of stuff to look into. Check it out.

It's already on VC in Europe.

And I'm not sure Tuppy, my dad seems quite excited to have found it, so he's hogging it :\

I just got one today, it's awesome.

I haven't been able to hook the disk drive up, but I have a ton of games.
